Class pass terms
These terms apply to all class passes sold by [Business name]. Please read them before you buy; buying a pass means you accept them.
What your pass includes
Your pass gives you [10] class sessions. It can be used for [all group classes / the classes listed with the pass].
How long it's valid
The pass is valid for [3 months] from [the date of purchase / your first class]. The expiry date is shown with your pass.
Booking with your pass
Book each class through [our booking page] and use your pass when you book. Each booking uses one session. Places are limited, so book early.
Cancelling a class
Cancel at least [12] hours before the class and we'll return the session to your pass. Later cancellations and no-shows use the session.
Who can use it
- Choose one:
- • Your pass is personal and can't be shared.
- • You can share your pass with [one] other person; tell us their name when you book.
Illness and breaks
- Choose one:
- • If you're ill or injured, we can pause your pass once for up to [4] weeks. Let us know before it expires.
- • Passes can't be paused, so please choose a validity that fits your plans.
When your pass expires
- Sessions not used by the expiry date lapse.
- Optional: we can extend a pass once by [2] weeks if you ask before it expires.
Refunds and price changes
- Choose one:
- • If no session has been used, you can get a refund within [14] days of purchase.
- • Passes can't be refunded once bought.
- Price changes never affect a pass you've already paid for.
